We want your college student to be successful throughout their career in Orlando, whether they are attending The University of Central Florida, Valencia Community College, Seminole State University or Full Sail. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success, and we believe they will find that here within our community. At Knights Circle, we want to help support their productivity by providing them with essential amenities to help balance work, school and their active social lives. We provide several amenities to do just that including: a Fitness Center, 2 computer labs, 3 olympic-sized pools, a Game Room and State of the Art Movie Theater. For the outdoor enthusiasts, we have 3 basketball courts, 3 sand volleyball courts, 5 tennis courts, and over 30 picnic areas including BBQ grills. Knights Circle meets every need that your student will have while in college, so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable and fun atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you! Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Knights Circle for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Knights Circle is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Professional Staff

Knights Circle has a full Resident Assistant friendly staff that lives on-site and is able to assist our residents 7 days a week. Residents can come to any of the 3 offices to fill out maintenance requests, or get assistance with any questions or concerns they may have from our on-site managers. Our maintenance team responds to service requests quickly and professionally, including providing 24 hour emergency maintenance so that your student’s comfort is not affected.

Affordable Floor Plans

Knights Circle offers spacious, fully furnished floor plan options of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom suites allowing your student to choose which one will best meet their needs. Each resident has their own private bathroom, closet with shelving and the ability to lock their bedroom! Rent includes all utilities such as water and electric, cable with HBO, high-speed Wi-Fi, water and electric (No Caps), parking and access to our amazing on-site amenities.

Fully Furnished

Knights Circle, a fully-furnished community, saves you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, night stand, 4-drawer dresser, and desk with chair (optional) in their bedroom. The living area may have matching sofa(s) and oversized tub chair, coffee table, end table and dining table with 4 chairs.

Roommate Matching

If someone does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one with our roommate matching process! Based on the roommate matching profile form each student completes, we will do our best to match your son or daughter with the best suited roommate(s)!

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and advancing in the business world, they also need to have fun along the way! At Knights Circle, we hope your son or daughter will create life-long relationships and connections that will help them become even more successful in their future endeavors. Our friendly staff plans monthly resident events that may range from a basketball tournament to a Fall Carnival to EVERYTHING in between! The staff also plans weekly events, including Movie Knights and Games Knights held in our Movie Theater. Knights Circle knows the importance of making our residents feel at home within our community and kick off the New Year each year with Resident Appreciation Week. Our monthly newsletter keeps residents up to date on important news within our complex as well as smart living tips. We also reach our residents through social media, including facebook and twitter, with fun facts, specials, events, games and more!

FAQs

What does it mean to have an individual lease?

Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the unit lease or bed space. If, for instance, your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

What is included in the rent?

Your rent will include: Cable with HBO, all utilities such as water and electric, high-speed Ethernet and WIFI access, fully furnished units, full sized washer and dryer, access to the Fitness Room and other on-site amenities like our computer labs, Movie Theater, and tanning beds. Not to mention, a wonderful staff that is here to help you 7 days a week! The amenities tab will showcase a full list of our amenities.

What is a Courtesy Officer?

Knights Circle provides an on-site courtesy officer 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The courtesy officer is here to assist Knights Circle and its residents. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact our onsite managers at any time.

How do emergencies get answered at night when the office is closed?

When the office is closed, Knights Circle has an RA staff for any lock outs and noise complaints. We also have 24 hour emergency maintenance for any issues that cannot wait until normal business hours.

Do you have a roommate matching system?

Yes! If you do not have anyone in mind, do not worry. We can match you up with current residents or incoming residents. Each individual completes a Roommate Matching Profile Sheet that lets us know more about what you seek in a roommate. We will do our best to match you with your ideal roommate!

When is my rent due?

Rent is due based on your lease agreement. First month’s rent is due August 1st. The twelve rental installments will be due at the beginning of each month until July 1st. There is a 3-day grace period and late fees begin on the 4th of each month. On the 4th day, a $25 late fee is assessed and accumulates $5 every day until your rent is received in the accounting office.

How do I pay my rent?

There are several ways that you can pay your rent. You can:

Pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Pay with a credit card on-line through Rent Payment.
Pay through our website with credit or debit card ($15.00 charge)
Have your rent automatically deducted from your bank account each month through our Resident Portal.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets unless it is a service animal.

Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?

Knights Circle’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We highly suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.

What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?

Knights Circle’s lease is a binding contract and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Knights Circle after signing your lease, you will need to find someone to take over your lease or re-let your unit. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

What if I need Maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?

If you need maintenance, simply go to our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by any office and request a work order. If it is an emergency during office hours, please notify the office immediately. Otherwise, you may call the after-hours emergency maintenance number.

What furniture is provided?

Knights Circle is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a dresser, and a night stand for each resident in their bedroom. The living area may have a matching sofa(s) and tub chair, end table, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox in the mail center. This is located in the Phase 1 clubhouse at Knights Circle. You will need a photo ID to pick up your mail and packages.

How close are you to campus?

Knights Circle is located directly across the street from the University of Central Florida, five miles from Valencia Community College and about 20 miles from Seminole State College. We have a UCF shuttle that goes directly to the middle of UCF campus and operates from 6:30am to 10:30pm everyday school is in session and for home football games. Since we are so close to UCF campus, many choose their bike as transportation. In this case, we have several bike racks around the property for you to store your bike.

What type of parking is available at your community?

We offer one (1) free parking pass per resident at Knights Circle. There are more than enough parking spots for our residents, so you won’t have to worry about having to walk far to get to your car. Knights Circle offers separate locations for visitor parking throughout the property as well.

What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

We provide a more detailed list when you are sent your Welcome Packet, but here are just a few items we suggest that you bring:

Bedding (recommend full sized sheets w/mattress cover).
Shower Curtain.
Toiletries.
An alarm clock.
Decorations to make your new room feel like home!

What is a Community Assistant?

A Community Assistant (C.A.) is typically a college student that is employed by Knights Circle. They are here to assist the professional staff as well as our residents any way they can.

What is a UCF RA?

A UCF Resident Assistant(R.A.) is very similar to a Community Assistant. Since we are UCF affiliated, they are college students employed by the University of Central Florida and live on-site to assist in similar tasks as CA’s; including assisting with roommate conflicts, noise complaints, and helping plan resident and community social events and activities.

What type of events do you have at Knights Circle?

We plan monthly resident events that may range from a basketball tournament to a Fall Carnival and EVERYTHING in-between! The staff also plans weekly events, including Movie Knights and Games Knights held in our Movie Theater. Knights Circle knows the importance of making our residents feel at home within our community and kick off the New Year, each year with Resident Appreciation Week. During the warmer months, residents enjoy our cookouts by the pool with music or sometimes a live DJ.

How does your laundry system work?

At Knights Circle every unit comes with a full size washer and dryer. You will never have to collect coins again or run out in bad weather to get your laundry done! Residents can do it in the comfort of their own home.

What is the surrounding community like when living at Knights Circle?

Knights Circle has a very diverse and friendly community. Everything is within a close proximity to our community including: banks, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and more! The public bus stop in front of our property will take you almost anywhere you want to go!
